They were very professional from the start. There sales person was very knowledge and knew her product. We looked at several samples. We picked a wheelchair assessable walk-in tub. The tub is the best on the market. I looked at them all. Most are built in China and other companies just put there name on them. This one is built in the USA. When I saw the unit on the truck I wasn’t sure they could get in my bathroom. The installers are very polite and professional they were fast and did a great job with out any mess when they left. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Thank you all for a job well done.
