From the first moment of the inquiry, through installation, and demonstrating the product for use, Fox Valley Home Services was and is a stellar operation! Autumn was knowledgeable and patient as I tried out all the tubs and asked a zillion questions. Nick Boatner came to my house with samples of surrounds, measured things exactly and gave an exact quote on the spot. He also answered more questions with kindness. Autumn and Nick kept me informed about permit progress, which I wish other companies I have worked with had done that too. The crew arrived on time and even finished the install of two Ella’s Bubbles tubs, surrounds, and shower doors in less the the anticipated two days..
