Just wanted to drop a line about the work Nic Boatner and his crew at Fox Valley Home Services did repairing/staining the deck and some electrical work. 1.) They gave us a detailed estimate of what work they would be doing, and what it would cost. Their estimate was comparable to another one we got but they took the time to sit down and go over it with me and answer any questions I had. That other company did not. 2.) After I agreed to have the work done they scheduled an appointment to do the work. On the day they started they showed up when they said they would and got right to work. They worked on the deck all day and when they were done they left with their mess cleaned up. They came back a couple days later and stained it and did the side job of some electrical work. All and all I was very pleased with their work. When ever I hire contractors to do work for me I always look at the following as a basis of their service. Here is what I have to say about Fox Valley Home Services: Professionalism. 100% with a defined flare of integrity. High Quality of workmanship. Worksite cleanliness beyond compare. Punctuality right on the mark. They did an awesome job and we are very pleased and would and will call upon them for future work.
