The walk-in tub shell of the Ultra is constructed with premium acrylic in a white glossy finish, supported by a stainless-steel frame with adjustable leveling legs, and reinforced with fiberglass gel coat layers. The nonporous acrylic surface is easy to clean and impermeable to mold and mildew. A textured floor, low step-in threshold, one wall mounted U-shape stainless steel grab in a chrome finish, enhance your safety and allow quick and safe entry and exit in and out of the tub.
This standard size walk-in tub measures at 30”W x 52”L and has a spacious 21” wide seat. The Ultra’s main feature is the door which is made from beautiful, frameless brushed aluminum with a frosted tempered glass window to give it a sleek, contemporary look. The S-shape door is 21 1/4″ wide, and swings into the tub to allow the bathers to easily enter and exit the tub without being in the way of other bathroom fixtures such as a toilet or vanity. These inward swing doors are also easier to close once inside the walk-in tub. The extended stainless steel door lever was uniquely designed to bypass the bathers’ leg when locking and unlocking the door in a seated position. The lever lock, along with the door gasket, creates a secure and watertight door seal, providing you with a safe, leak-free bathing experience. Another key feature available on the Ultra is the stainless steel towel bar securely attached to the outside of the walk-in tub shell.
The Ultra comes with one of the best and exclusive features: Dual Drain Technology, consisting of two independent 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 drain openers, allowing for a fast and reliable drainage. 2 caps are also included to cover up to 2 of 4 ports if needed. The 2” drain outlets can be connected to the standard 1 ½” house drain with a T or Y fitting and piping provided by a professional plumber. It is suggested to connect all 4 outlets to the house drain for the fastest drainage possible. Typical drainage time is approximately +/- 80 seconds for this standard size tub within ideal in-home plumbing conditions. Ella gravity driven dual drains are fast and reliable because they do not require an electric pump, whereas electrical driven drains may fail due to electrical shorts or power outages.
This model also includes one reversible end panel for left or right corner installation options. The reversible end panel is used to cover the end of the tub that is exposing the walk-in tub shell. An additional end panel can be ordered if your tub will be installed against the wall with both ends exposed.

The Ultra walk-in tub has sixteen (16) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. Ten (10) upper fixed jets work to provide relief for your back, hips and thighs, while six (6) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.
Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump, an in-line water heater, an ozone sterilization system, a dial to control the intensity of the massage, and strategically placed hydro jets that provide targeted and effective massage.
For maximum comfort, the in-line water heater maintains a constant water temperature while bathing. The ozone sterilization system is the most eco-friendly, chemical-free disinfectant that can eliminate a wide variety of inorganic, organic, and microbiological bacteria. In addition to eliminating odors, this sterilization system maintains hygienic conditions.
By adjusting the hydro massage intensity dial, you can adjust how strong the water stream is.
The Ultra walk-in tub has sixteen (16) strategically placed air jets in order to deliver rejuvenating therapeutic relief. Eight (8) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief for your back, hips and thighs, while an additional eight (8) jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and calves. Additionally, two (2) of the eight (8) upper jets are bidet jets.
It includes a 3-speed variable air pump, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and an auto-purge to maintain a clean air system.
The Air Jet System includes an Auto Purge System. It activates automatically 20 minutes after you complete your bath to remove excess water and bacteria. The auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water, helping to prevent mildew buildup.
Infusion™ MicroBubble Therapy System consists of a single Microbubble jet connected to a hydro pump and a Microbubble tank system. With the help of the high-pressure hydro pump and Microbubble tank, water molecules are broken down into billions of tiny bubbles and sent out through a single jet. Through a push control button, this feature can provide a moisturizing, exfoliating therapeutic experience while detoxifying and relieving skin-related issues.
The Hydro + Independent Foot and Calf Massage package uses two independently run pumps to give bathers a simultaneous full body massage and a powerful foot and calf massage. Two hydro pumps power the upper and lower hydro jets, and an intensity control dial allows you to adjust the strength of the water pressure to your personal preferences. In a matter of minutes, bathers can receive an independent foot and calf massage by filling the foot well to the level of the seat.
Please note: if you choose this jetting package, your walk-in bathtub will come with one (1) in-line water heater that will be connected to the lower jets and used with the independent foot massage feature, and an ozone sterilization system connected to the upper jets.
2 Piece Fast-Fill Faucet
The 2 Piece Fast Fill Faucet with pull out multi-function hand shower is perfect for your walk in bathtub or any bathtub where fill time matters. The fast fill 2 piece fills at a rate of up to 18 GPM (gallons per minute) based on in house plumbing conditions. If desired, the pull out hand shower can be used for shower while the bathtub is filled to stay warm. Available in a Chrome or Brushed Nickel finish.
5 Piece Fast Fill Faucet
The 5 Piece ¾” Fast Fill Faucet with pull out multi-function hand shower in chrome finish is perfect for your walk-in bathtub or any bathtub where fill time matters. The fast fill 5-piece fills at a rate of up to 18 GPM (gallons per minute) based on in house plumbing conditions. If desired, the pull-out hand shower can be used for showering while the bathtub is filled to stay warm.
Complete Shower Column For Deck Mounted Faucets
The Shower Column Kit connects to a diverter on an Ella brand 2 or 5 piece deck mounted faucet in order to create an extended overhead shower. The stainless steel, chrome finish column can be effortlessly adjusted up to 7 feet tall. Along the column is a vertically movable, 5 mode multi-functional hand shower, and attached at the top is an oversize rain shower that can be directed with ease to the seat for a seated shower or footwell for a stand up shower. This shower column kit replaces the need for a wall-mounted showerhead.
Controller Options
We offer two control options: Push Control or Digital Control. Our Push Controls are easy-to-use push down buttons that will operate your chosen jetting and any additional features.
The digital control is our more modern option, giving you a digital keypad from which to control your jets and additional features such as Chromatherapy LEDs and heated seat & backrest. Since the Digital Control is smaller, it may be more difficult for elderly to see and operate.
4-Fold Glass Shower Screen in Chrome Finish for Walk-In Tubs
The Ella brand 4-fold shower screen is the best option in the industry for walk-in tubs because of the foldable feature that’s not offered with a standard shower glass or curtains. This gives bathers an airy, open feeling with the option to easily push the screen aside. The lightweight glass, secured in an aluminum frame with quality gear hinges, is sturdy enough to endure rigorous daily use. Additionally, one of the 4-fold sections can be removed to create a 3-fold shower screen.
Standard Seat Pillow Riser
The Standard Seat Pillow Riser is designed to cover the bidet jets found in your Ella walk-in bathtub. This luxuriously thick pillow is incredibly comfortable and can be used as a riser or additional seat support in all walk in bathtubs. The interior material is washable and can be removed.
U-Shape Seat Pillow Riser
Our dual massage walk-in tubs have two air jets in the center of the seat. The U shape pillow is designed to accommodate these two bidet jets. If you want to cover bidet jets, you can utilize the regular seat pillow. This luxuriously thick pillow is incredibly comfortable and can be used as riser or additional seat support in all walk in bathtubs. The interior material is washable and can be removed.
Headrest & Neck Support
Increase your comfort with the Ella Walk-In Bathtub Headrest. The headrest can be mounted on the wall or on the deck using attached suction cups.
